Delete Char & Divorce

When deleting a char and this is married, the emulator divorce the parter of the deleted char. But make it in SQL, so if the parter is online it need to relog to apply the changes.

Will be good idea divorce the chars using the new @divorce method and divorce the char online. Its a similar bug to this:
