Since when does the Vestri from the 4th Seal quest require an Oridecon PLUS an
Oridecon Hammer in order to upgrade the level 4 weapon? Is this an official change, or is this an error? I can't find this requirement on any guides. I assume item 615 should be replaced by 984.
