Currently on eAthena the Cloaking skill on LV 1 and 2 work only near walls, otherwise it fails. However, according to iRO Wiki, some databases and the text files I use, the skill can be used far away from walls, but the caster won't be able to move.
Is it a bug or those sources are outdated?

Cloaking skill level 1 and 2 no longer fails (which is what it should do) when not near a wall. However, on rAthena, if they are not near a wall, uses cloaking 1 or 2, they can still move - its just that they get uncloaked. What is the official behaviour? Are they just stuck there (as the reporter suggests)?
On my understanding of [url="http://irowiki.org/wiki/Cloaking"]iRO wiki[/url], it seems that they should be stuck - they have to uncloak to move.
