It's been reported that
Bristi- "Wurst" - I.D.# is 585
Weopon Repair Scroll- I.D.# is 14521
can be used as many times u want, it wont be consumed out of from your storage at all.
I am not sure if there are more items like this but at least i can confirm this is happening >_>
