I was testing sign quest and came acrossed a bug near the begining :
Sir Jore (aldeba_in 155 101).
when you talk to him at 5pm-10pm
he breaks his experiment and says he was fiddling with it for the past 5 hours and now its ruined
and thats it but the the npc should make you go get these items:
Empty Test Tube x 10
Yggdrasil Leaf x 2
Green Herb x 10
to replace the experiment but it doesnt you just keep getting that same dialog over and over.
so something must be wrong with it
