Warmth Of Sun,moon,star Wrong Intervals

The interval when doing Warmth on boss monster and mob to the wall is incorrect (knock back effect otherwise) there should be no time of interval between two hit from this skill.
Right now on almost all private server there is an interval of 200 on these skills:

428,0x86, , 0, 1, 200,enemy, 0x000 //SG_SUN_WARM
429,0x86, , 0, 1, 200,enemy, 0x000 //SG_MOON_WARM
430,0x86, , 0, 1, 200,enemy, 0x000 //SG_STAR_WARM

It should be that:

428,0x86, , 0, 1, 0,enemy, 0x000 //SG_SUN_WARM
429,0x86, , 0, 1, 0,enemy, 0x000 //SG_MOON_WARM
430,0x86, , 0, 1, 0,enemy, 0x000 //SG_STAR_WARM

On Kro Iro Jro and all official server there is no interval on these skill. I know it seem overpowered but right now officials are putting Magnetic Earth on mvp to block this skill from working on them.
