example:

when i equip "Succubus Card"
the card's effect is "vit-3"

and my readparam vit is 1

1-3 = -2
but server will automatically change to 1

means cannot be "0, -1 ,-2 ,-3 , ..."

the bug also in the Skill "Vending"
when i sell item
i set 0$Zeny
but server will set 0$Zeny to 1$Zeny
