Now here's an oddity. When logging into the game, *every* player on the server is reduced to a very slow walking speed (as if cursed).
Not even @speed 1 will allow GM chars to move faster, and everyone's ASPD seems much reduced.
I'm positive it isn't the result of any custom code, as I've just checked out a copy of trunk and it still appears. It's also TXT/SQL independent, and happens even on my cygwin/windows box or a dedicated linux box.
If it helps, I reverted to svn 11385 and things are back to normal, so it was a recent change (probably one of those many you devs made D:).
