Afaik stun duration (as well as chance) is known for aegis and it's not the one used in eAthena.
Here's a thread that mentions it from irowiki forums. There are many other posts and sources that mention the same formula

Current formulas that I'm familiar with are as follows:
length = 5000 - (5000 * tarVit / 100) - tarLuk*10
(length is a period of time in milliseconds. 5000 is the base durration of stun, but since in almost always 5 seconds, you can usually put it in like this most of the time)
stun chance: basechance - (basechance * tarVit / 100) + My job level - Target level -Target luk
(basechance is the chance in 1000 of stun occuring. For a skill that has 50% chance to stun, you would substitute 500 for basechance)
In most cases, you'll notice that with just 1 luck, usually you can resist stun around 97-98, though a decent level/job difference may allow for discrepency in this regard
I think it's interesting if it works the same way as in aegis.
