Function that validates "make new char" requests has hardcoded max values for hairstyle and haircolor, making impossible to create new char with custom hairstyle/haircolor.
Map-server has config setting that determines max hairstyle/haircolor values to be sent to client. It would be reasonable to add to char-server a similar setting that will determine max values to be accepted at the time of character creation.
