Episode 12 Cards Incorrect/Misleading

I notice some inconsistency between the effects/description of Episode 12 Cards on eAthena and iRO.

4425 Atroce Card (MVP)
eAthena: ATK + 25. When dealing a physical attack there is a small chance that for 10 seconds your ASPD will increase by 100%.
iRO: ATK + 25. When dealing physical damage there is a 0.5% chance that for 10 seconds your attack speed will be set to 190.
Comment: Reduce proc rate from 1% to 0.5%.


4421 Drosera Card
eAthena: Increase Critical Rate + 15 damage with Long Range Physical attack.
iRO: Adds CRIT + 15 for long range attacks. This may not stack with some skills that deal critical damage (such as Focus Arrow Strike).
Comment: Condition to prevent stacking is missing


4440 Necromancer Card
eAthena: [+ Slotted Rod] INT + 1, Add a 2% Magical Defense.
iRO: When equipped with a [Rod] or [Two-Handed Rod] class weapon, grants INT + 1, and adds 2% magic defense bypassing.
Comment: The current description - “Add a 2% Magical Defense” is misleading It's actually MDEF bypassing of 2%.


4419 Ktullanux Card (MVP)
eAthena: Increases damage against Fire Property monsters by 50%. Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 10 Frost Nova on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage.
iRO: Increases physical damage against Fire property monsters by 50%. When receiving physical or magical damage, there is a 2% chance to autocast [Frost Nova] Lv 10.
Comment: Reduce proc rate from 3% to 2%.


4412 Knocker Card
eAthena: Increases damage on Formless monster by 5%. A small chance to get Rough Oridecon and Rough Eluminium from Formless monster.
iRO: Increases physical damage on formless property monsters by 5%. Adds a 0.1% chance of obtaining [Rough Elunium] and [Rough Oridecon] when killing a monster.
Comment: Reduce chance of obtaining Rough Elu and Rough Ori from 1% to 0.1%.


4441 Fallen Bishop Card (MVP)
eAthena: MATK + 10%, Maximum SP - 50%. Increases damage inflicted on Demihuman and Angel monster by 50%.
iRO: MATK + 10%. SP - 50%. Increases magical damage against Demihuman and Angel race targets by 50%.
Comment: The current description - “Increases damage” is misleading. Replace with “Increases magical damage”


4431 Kasa Card
eAthena: Add a 5% chance of autocast Level 5 Fire Bolt on the enemy when attacking. Add a 5% chance of autocast Level 5 Fire Ball on the enemy when attacking.
iRO: When dealing physical damage there is a 2% chance to autocast [Fire Bolt] Lv 5 and [Fire Ball] Lv 5.
Comment: Proc rate should be 2%


4432 Magmaring Card
eAthena: ATK + 5. Increase damage on Earth Property enemies by 10%. Add a Critical Rate + 15 to the Brute monster.
iRO: ATK + 5. Increases physical damage versus Earth property monsters by 10%. Adds CRIT + 15 when fighting Brute and Plant race monsters.
Comment: CRIT +15 when fighting Plant race monsters has been omitted.


4420 Muscipular Card
eAthena: Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 1 Heal and Level 1 Increase Agi on yourself when the user receives short range Physical Damage.
iRO: When receiving physical damage there is a 10% chance to autocast [Heal] Lv 1 and [Increase AGI] Lv 1 on yourself.
Comment: The current description is incorrect. Proc rate should be 10%.


4416 Gazeti Card
eAthena: Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 2 Cold Bolt on the enemy when attacking.
iRO: When dealing physical damage there is a 10% chance to autocast [Cold Bolt] Lv 2 on the target.
Comment: The current description is incorrect. Proc rate should be 10%.


4437 Hell Poodle Card
eAthena: HIT + 1. Meat recovery rate + 100%. External Bleeding an enemy when you attack (Success Chance 1%).
iRO: HIT + 1. Increases recovery of the item [Meat] by 100%. When dealing physical damage there's a 0.5% chance to cause [Bleeding] status on the opponent.
Comment: Reduce proc rate from 1% to 0.5%.


4436 Ragged Zombie Card
eAthena: Add a Critical Rate + 5 to the DemiHuman monster when attacking. Increase Physical or Magical Damage by 1%. Every time you attack, small chance to cause External Bleeding status ailment.
iRO: When fighting a demihuman opponent, gain CRIT + 5, and increases physical and magical damage by 1%. When dealing physical damage there is a 0.1% chance to cause [Bleeding] status on the opponent.
Comment: Reduce External Bleeding proc rate from 0.5% to 0.1%.


4415 Snowier Card
eAthena: Add a low chance of gaining Ice Cream when a monster gets killed. Ice Cream recovery rate + 100%.
iRO: Adds a 20% chance to gain [Ice Cream] when killing a monster. Increases recovery of the item [Ice Cream] by 100%.
Comment: Increase chance from 2% to 20%. It should be a “high chance of gaining Ice Cream”.
