Do the blessing skills apply to the entire party or just the taekwon with them?

Answer:

they apply to the entire party so long as the taekwon is the one who gets the last hit on the monster, similar to using a Bubble Gum

Right now on eAthena the xp bonus apply only to the teakwon master.
