When I updated my svn recently to the latest my mAtk didn't read accordingly, however on item_db, it's shows what it stated. "bonus bAtkRate,3;" but when item is equipped, it doesn't appear give any bonus at all.

atk_rate is applied to the damage not to the status window itself
