NPC_DEFENDER isn't working because it has no entry in skill_cast_db.txt. To work properly it needs upkeep_time values (duration of SC_ARMOR). Currently it's always 0, so damage isn't reduced even though monsters use this skill correctly. Affected monsters are Atroce, Lady Tanee and others.
