As I've started playing on eA based private servers again, I've noticed an issue with Fiber Lock: it behaves like Ankle Snare.
The effect fiber lock has (you can look up any kRO/iRO video to see this) is when you fiber mobs, they're still "active." They will spam ranged skills, and they will fight back in any means possible.
I first realized by fiberlocking a Sword Guardian, it did not use Spear Boomerang repeatedly.
Additionally, a Fiber Locked monster takes any ranged attack as a rude attack, and thus the boss monsters and rude attacked will -always- teleport, but this effect is not there either. You can read from thorsing (a source like doddler) that they would bring Professors down to fiber lock and then spam a bolt skill to teleport monsters, which doesn't happen on this server (it uses the most up-to-date eA version.)
