Nemesis is supposed to have ZERO slots on official servers.
Right now, this weapon is being abused as a Champion weapon on all servers, because its stats (3 slots, 120 base attack, level 4 weapon) outmatches any Champ weapon by far, including the Lich Bone Wand +9.
