eAthena makes equipment identified when you receive it from an OBB, OVB, etc (any getitem groupranditem(X1),1 really in db/item_db.txt), this is not correct behavoir.
The correct behavior on Aegis is for equipments not to be identified when they are received from itemdata/special.sc, getitem from a NPC should behave as it currently does.

the implementation for this was already there...it just got broken at some unknown point... fixed in [rev=15382]
