I am not really sure wether this is the official behavior on kRO, as I only tested it on sakray Renewal, but:
On RE it is possible to equip two weapons of different types. Let's say, one Blade and a Main Gauche.
While on eA, you can either equip 2 Blades or 2 Main Gauches, but not one of each at the same time. I don't think this is a change made only for RE, so I decided to post. Unfortunately I don't have an account on other servers but RE, so I can't check, but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible in any other server.
