Not sure if this is part of it's official behavior or not, but
If you cast LP or Ganbantein on basilica, it'll cancel the visual effect, but the priest still won't beable to cast skills, nor can the priest be harmed.
Though I'm guess that's part of "On Basilica area, only caster can use Basilica again to stop it.", is the visual effect disappearing part of the client?
