Well, the test is very easy.
create a novice, a creamy card and a clip, equip and unequip it. You'll see that Teleport skill still showing, but doesn't work. This is a eAthena bug because i tested it on kRO.
Another bug, is mouting/unmounting the peco, eAthena should send the skilltree again.
