@reloadbattleconf does not exhibit the same behavior as it used to.

Changing the battle config then using @reloadbattleconf no longer reloads the defaults to whatever is set in the battle conf, thus updating changes.

Seems almost like @reloadbattleconf is reading from cached data of the config state read in upon server's execution.

Recreation:
Execute the server.
Change the rates in the battle config in the import folder (drop and exp both work).
Use @reloadbattleconf

Using @rates after this will reflect the changes but examination of exp using @showexp and killing mobs shows that the multipliers for the rates have no been applied.
