As far as I can recall, this has never worked, but I've been hoping this would have been fixed at some point by now. The item script bonus2 bHpDrainRate,x,y; does not work at all.
I have tested this throughout various eAthena servers I've played on or tested out ideas with using a Hunter Fly card or a custom item that used the item bonus.
If any of you could please look into this, it would be appreciated.
