The NPC Bartender (npc/cities/prontera.txt) should find themselves in coordinated prt_in,180,20 (Aegis standards), but is set to prt_in,180,70.
In the current coordinates, the NPC is not on the map.
Since r11459 the NPC is in the wrong place.
