Strip should work on bosses

Alright, after I read in various iRO discussion threads that Strip actually works against bosses I asked Doddler about it and he confirmed it. All the strip skills can actually be used on bosses to decrease their stats and make them considerably easier (for skill duration).

More things that need to be fixed:

All strip skills:
Info: Duration 60s+15s*level + dexdiff/2 (can be negative)
eA: Duration 60s+15s*level

Normal strip skills:
Info: On monsters an attribute is reduced by a fixed percentage
eA: The percentage depends on the level used

Full Strip:
Info: Gives all 4 other strip status changes
eA: Gives all 4 other strip status changes
WIKI IS WRONG ABOUT THIS ONE, IT IS CORRECT IN EATHENA THERE IS NO -10% ATK -30% DEF

Full Strip:
Info: Only shows "Full Strip!!!" on success
eA: Always shows "Full Strip!!!"

All strip skills:
Info: When you try to use strip on someone with Full Chemical Protection you're supposed to get a special client message

(confirmed, fix for this is calling: clif_gospel_info(sd,0x28))

Disarm:
Info: Duration 30s + dexdiff/2, doesn't bypass pneuma, attack needs to connect (hit) for the strip effect to take place, but you can disarm a coated character (probably official bug)

Info: Minimum success is 5%.
eA: Minimum success is base success.

Normal strip skills:
Info: Chance should be 5%+5%*level and only for Full Strip 5%+2%*level.
eA: Chance is 5%+2% for all strip skills.
(confirmed, fixed)
