(on a sidenote: does the search feature work with the bug tracker? because when searching for water ball in the bug tracker forum I got 0 results, that's why I repost this issue)

Rogues should be able to copy skill levels that are higher than the usual learnable skill levels. However the skills will behave differently for players and monsters (as monster get a strong skill boost if they use a skill at level 10 which players don't get).

As far as my information goes:
- waterball level 10 used by mobs does 400% matk damage per ball and casts 100 balls (monsters don't need water for the skill)
- the skill used to work similar for rogues but there was some patch that disabled copying of waterball level 10
- some weeks later there was a patch that made those level 10 skills being copyable again
- it appears that level 10 waterball when used by a player now has higher sp cost and matk, but still only will cast 25 waterballs at max

Needs to be confirmed by someone. Doddler confirmed waterball level 10 is copyable, but he doesn't know how many waterballs or matk it has.

Where is the code that says that waterball level 10 can't be copied anyways?

Can copy certain skills that are performed at a higher level by monsters than their player variant would allow. Ex.: Water Ball Lv.10, Claymore Trap Lv.10

Levels 6 and above can only be obtained from Drake or Ktullanux using Rogue's Intimidate. Wizards can naturally only obtain up to level 5.
