I found two bugs(completely different working of skill if we compare it with official servers):
1)http://irowiki.org/wiki/Fiber_Lock that skill must be able to hold multiple mobs.
I've tested it: collected several mobs and caught them with 1 FL on kRO renewal server(that skill has
not been changed by them in renewal, so it works the same on other kRO servers)

2)If we use doublecasted Fire Bolt lev 10 on target caught twice with FL,
both bolts must have double damage(not only the first 10th).
