None of the reduce cast delay cards seem to stack. Please help ASAP .
Eg :
Kathryne Keyron Card [Headgear] Item ID# 4366 (Katrinn_Card)
Description :~
Reduce Casting Time by 1% per Refine Level of the equipment this card is compunded on.
[Refine Rate 9~10]
MATK + 2%.
Tested it on : +9 Turban with 149 dex and i still had the cast time.
Similar cards like
Bezelebub Card etc dont seem to stack.
