Today I coincidentally used my hell poodle card 'bleeding' effect when attacking a red plant from fallacious okolnir (10000 hp).
On this mob bleeding worked as usual - 200..800 damage every 10 seconds. I killed the mob in 1 minute.
I don't know what purpose those plants serve but for some reason I don't think you are supposed to kill them.
Also I'm not sure if bleeding working on plants is official behavior, but for some reason I doubt it.
