There's a cell bugged in the map prtg_cas04, in the position (34,31). You can get to that cell using the left warp inside the castle, as the sreenshots I provide show:
From here, you are able to get to that cell:

And then, you can hit other players walking around the red-marked zone:

The players who are getting hits can't kill the player in that cell because they are unable to reach its position, as the game detects that you need to be on the tower to hit him.
