item_bonus.txt says, that there are this bonuses:
CODE
bonus bMatk,n; Minimum AND Maximum Magical Attack Power + n
bonus bMatk1,n; Minimum Magical attack power + n
bonus bMatk2,n; Maximum Magical attack power + n
but they don't exist (maybe they once existed)
And indeed, these were removed in
r9816.
