Well, i was looking in the item description...
Headgear with Pecopeco's wings on it. It makes wearer to move as fas as Pecopeco.
Increases movement speed by 5% when equipped.
Increases Attack Speed by 5%. Reduce Casting Time by 5%.
However the Script says:
{ bonus bSpeedRate,25; bonus bAspdRate,-10; bonus bCastrate,25; },{},{}
So, what's is wrong, the description or the Script.
