A player reported that he cant perfect dodge with 80 perfect dodge Sacrific aka Martyr's Reckoning.
I do some test, and yeah not a single hit after 5minutes, get dodged.
He played iro and say it can be dodged, and i checked iro wiki, there in the notes: "It can be perfect dodged"
