So last night I did an update to the SVN and got version r13842, after testing some stuff I found that when choosing the option to skip the teleport menu for level 1 teleport it works fine if and only if the skill is level 1. But if the skill is level 2, it will also skip the menu and just go back to your save point. I tested this a good amount of times, I used to not have that on my previous revision so hopefully someone else can confirm this as well.
