According to the descriptions, Hiding and Cloaking are not suppose to consume SP when reusing them to unhide or uncloak. But as of revision 13842, it still consumes SP as if you were just using it to hide or cloak. Unless that is how it was intended and the descriptions are wrong, then disregard this post. Thank you.
