When I run the server it doesn't give me an error but when I tried to log on to the game it does not show any NPC.
And when I try to logon the second time or change character it does not continue to load the game give and error [Failed to connect to server].
It does however log me in the first time from restart.
I'm using Windows XP and and Ragnarok Revolution Client with kROsakexe0401aN[12 slots]
