WS_CARTTERMINATION causing damage and possibly inflicting the Stun status
when the attack miss and no damage, enemy will not inflicting the Stun status

but

with BS_WEAPONRESEARCH or weapon with Star Crumb
it force to damage enemy

in official sever, the force damage will cause inflicting the Stun status

eAthena still consider as miss
therefore, enemy will not inflicting the Stun status
