Turn Undead castable on player

Hi,

Found out a weird bug with Turn Undead and player with Evil Druid Card.

I've tested it like this :

Sniper with ED card duels a priest with TU.

Before the duel, priest can cast TU on sniper.

Duel begins, pvp flag gets on for the 2 players.. Priest kills sniper with TU.

Then, sniper revives, so left the duel etc. But priest can still can TU on him and kill him.

So TU is not by default castable on a player, but as soon as this player gets for some reason a duel flag, even if left, TU will hit him.
