on officials:
if player A is fully stone cursed (petrifying time ended), high flee still allows him to dodge non-magic attacks from players/monsters with lower hit.
on latest eathena:
if player A is fully stone cursed, then player B/monsters will ALWAYS hit player A on the next non-magic attack regardless of player A's flee and player B/monster's hit, which will end stone curse status for player A.
