The online.txt and online.html files generated by eAthena doesn't accurately show the online players after a while. It is only accurate for the first few minutes (2~5mins?) after server startup. After that, new players who logged in does not show up and it gradually becomes "No user is online." even though there are users online.
However, the date and timestamps at the top of the files are updated whenever a new user login or someone switched characters.
