The following bug occurs when three conditions are met:
1: gm_all_skill is enabled in gm.conf
2: Character is a GM of high enough level to have access to all skills.
3: Character has an active pet.
If these conditions are true and the character logs out and then back in, their skill tab gets messed up. It stops showing all the extra (non-class) skills they had access to as a GM, showing only their normal class skills. However, they will have no ranks in any of these skills regardless of which ones they had previously learned, and it will be impossible for them to put points into any of these skills.
This can be fixed temporarily by one of the following:
1: Removing one of the listed conditions (disabling gm_all_skill, returning pet to egg, making yourself not a gm). [Must relog.]
2: Changing job class (and then changing back if desired). [No relog needed.]
Doing either of these will restore the character's "real" skills list, with everything have the right number of ranks learned as before.
