I'm afraid this doesn't fall so much in the "Skill bugs" category, as I think it's actually a mob AI bug, but I'll throw this here anyway.

So, I watched a video Doddler made featuring an Endless Tower run (which you can watch here), and I've found it to be a really great source of finding bugs regarding MVP behavior in eAthena.

The difference that standed out the most to me was that, when an MVP recalls it's mob in officials, and the mob's last target is still at range, they will instantly go back to attacking their old target (this behavior is quite clear in the video when they are killing Randgris and Beelzebub). In eAthena, as far as I remember, as soon as the mob gets warped, they will lose their last target info, and will go on to attack the player who is closest to them, which would be the MVP tank, thus making split tanks to tank MVP/mob separately (which I believe is the only way to tank high level mvps such as Valk Randgris) impossible in eA.

As I said before, I don't really think this is a "Skill bug", but more of a general AI mob bug. If remember it correctly, in officials, if a mob is teleported/teleports, it will still hold it's target info on "respawning". So if you were attacking a mob that is not agressive, and it happened to teleport to a cell still close to you, it would go back to attacking you, despite being passive.

Also I don't know if this has been fixed in current eA revisions since I haven't had eA in my PC for a while, but this has been like this in eA for a long time, and I didn't find any updates about it running a quick search through the changelog. If it has been fixed I'm really sorry but I'm unable to download eA currently so I wouldn't know.
