I got this report from an user from my server. I don't know exactly under which circumstances Satan Morroc doesn't respawn its mob but it happened, although here is my guess:

This is just a guess: Satan Morroc spawns its mob on spawn, however, if you leave it alone and the mob disappears, and then you attack him just after spotting him using SG and Snipers, before it changes to chase/attack mode, it stays idle by the effect of hitlock, without using skills (and without respawning its mob). After checking other MVPs, they have an extra line like this:
