Right now, when opening a chat-room or 'shop chat-room' (vending skill) over (being on the same cell as the other player) or next to an existing chat, your chat will be seen over the existing one, having yours (the new one) higher priority than the older one. This allows anyone moving over an existing chat or shop and to open their own chat or shop over the existing one, effectively covering it.
However, the weird thing is: right now, if you are in sight range when the new chat is opened over an old one, the old one keeps being the one visible while the new one is the one covered by the old one. Also, after
