get the item doesn't display and groupranditem

First problem

When I pick , get , make items,
it doesn't show any message on the client.

I have to move the screen ( teleport or warp map or login again )
the item will display on my items bar.




Second problem
use this script command "groupranditem"
I use it,
then it give me a item.
The item must be "No Identification Item"
this is on Offical Server

but in eAthena
the item is Identification Item
