Flee2 (Perfect Dodge) even only at around 50 (gained from Soul Link with flee song skill), will make skills such as Asura Strike and Sacrifice miss.

I read below someone said that it's working as intended, is this a new update or something? Are my skill descriptions outdated? because the skill descriptions say that flee should not effect the skills accuracy. Any explanations or is this a bug?
