There is a space missing after the last "40:" here. If nothing follows the GM level required, it will assume this is a lvl 0 command, and think "40:" is the description so it will print "40:" in the chat instead of skipping this part (furthermore, the point of the "40" here is to add a blank line, and it needs a space to do so).
