The file /npc/quests/quests_veins.txt have a small error:

mes "me the Steel. I'll be waiting.";
After the line 3961 need to be a "close;" to stop the script cause actually the script runs until the end without a "close" and the NPC window stuck and need to relog you char to continue.
This a small error, but it's easy to fix (IMG:
style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
