Autocast should trigger from skills as well

Autocasts should get triggered by skills as well. Currently, only Status effects are triggered by skills.

Example 1: Player A wears Garm card and Player B sonic blows Player A. Player B will get frozen eventually by the Garm card.

Example 2: Player A wears Ring of Resonance and Player B sonic blows Player A. No skill (quagmire, assumptio, tarot) triggers from the Ring unless Player B uses normal attacks to attack Player A. This is the current bug in eathena. Autocast should behave the same way as Status effects.
