Any players that use any #commands with a wrong syntax or when the target player is not online results in

The same message also gets returned if that command was not enabled or even if that commands does not exist, which shouldn't be the case. A
QUOTE
#command is Unknown Command
should be returned instead.
When the syntax of the #command is entered correctly and the target player is actually online, will only it return the correct message of
QUOTE
#command is Unknown Command
.
As a side effect, any players may check if someone else is online without actually sending a "PM" to the other player.
