it's a pretty small bug, but it is one. I just tried the newest Stable together with RagexeRE 2009-21-01 and tried my first login. I got onto the Login-Server, the Char-Server but couldn't connect to the Map-Server. The client stopped for some seconds and then told me that it couldn't connect to the server. I could see that the User Count on my login server went down to 0 right away, but when i tried to relogin it said that my account was still online. After a few seconds i could see on the login server console that the user count was set to -1 and the SQL Logging caused an error message, because -1 isn't a valid value in the sstatus table.
